Suspension Rebuilds

Comprehensive rebuilding of your off-road suspension components to restore functionality and durability. Our skilled team will disassemble, inspect, deep/ultrasonic clean, and replace worn parts to ensure peak performance. We also micro polish fork tubes/shock shafts to reduce friction, remove scratches/pitting & allow the seals to last longer. All shocks will be vacuum bled to ensure a perfect & consistent shock every time.

Re-Valve

Experience the best with a KDR custom revalve. Here we fully disassemble the suspension to remove the stock valving pistons and install Race Tech gold valves. Improve traction, reduce harshness, increase bottoming resistance, gain confidence with a consistent feel & become safer! You will receive a fully custom setup that is tailored to you.

Re-Spring

The first step to great handling is selecting the proper spring rates for the forks & shock. We rebuild the forks and install the proper springs needed with the correct preload. For the shocks we can simply just install the new shock spring with the correct preload to make setting sag a breeze! However, we do recommend a shock rebuild since most shocks are highly neglected.

UTV/SXS Rebuilds

This is the first step to a perfect shock.

At KDR Suspension, we bring the same race-proven precision from our dirt bike and ATV programs to your side-by-side. Our full shock rebuild service restores performance, consistency, and comfort across all terrains — from rugged WV backroads to race-ready conditions.

Each rebuild starts with a complete teardown and inspection of every component. Shocks are ultrasonically cleaned, micro-polished, and reassembled using premium wear parts, fresh high-grade oil, and new seals, bushings, and IFP o-rings.

Every rebuild is performed with care and attention to detail to ensure smooth action, reliable damping, and long-term performance.

Whether you ride for fun, race competitively, or just want your machine to handle and ride like new again, we take pride in delivering results that exceed factory feel.

Each setup includes everything from our full rebuild service — a complete teardown, ultrasonic cleaning, micro-polished shafts, new seals, bushings, IFP o-rings, and fresh high-grade oil — plus a custom valving configuration designed in-house for your exact needs.

UTV/SXS Spring Kits

The foundation of every great suspension setup.

At KDR Suspension, the right spring setup is the foundation of performance. Every side-by-side we work on starts with dialing in the correct spring rates — because even the best valving in the world won’t perform properly if the springs aren’t matched to the machine and driver.

Many factory and aftermarket spring setups are either under-sprung or over-sprung, causing poor ride balance, harshness, or bottoming out. Our custom spring kits are developed through extensive real-world testing to provide proper ride height, balance, and comfort across every type of terrain.

We do not perform custom valving without incorporating our spring kits, as the spring rate directly affects damping performance and ride quality. This ensures that every setup leaving our shop performs exactly the way it was designed to — balanced, predictable, and comfortable.
