Race Tech Benefits
-
"New Owner Policy" - If you purchase any used bike that has Race Tech components installed, we will customize your valving settings at NO EXTRA CHARGE. All you pay for is Labor and wear items.
-
Gold Valves have an improved flow design that dramatically reduces harshness while actually increasing bottoming resistance. Other benefits include:
-
Reduced harshness
-
Increased bottoming resistance
-
Improved traction
-
Consistent feel
-
Increased tuneability
-
100% custom setup

Services
We provide all recommended Race Tech Services
Suspension Rebuilds
Comprehensive rebuilding of your off-road suspension components to restore functionality and durability. Our skilled team will disassemble, inspect, deep/ultrasonic clean, and replace worn parts to ensure peak performance. We also micro polish fork tubes/shock shafts to reduce friction, remove scratches/pitting & allow the seals to last longer. All shocks will be vacuum bled to ensure a perfect & consistent shock every time.
*Price Does NOT include wear parts & oil/nitrogen*
Price:
$150 Per Fork Set
$150 Per Shock
Re-Valve
Experience the best with a KDR custom revalve. Here we fully disassemble the suspension to remove the stock valving pistons and install Race Tech gold valves. Improve traction, reduce harshness, increase bottoming resistance, gain confidence with a consistent feel & become safer! You will receive a fully custom setup that is tailored to you.
*Includes everything in the suspension rebuilding tab.
*Does NOT include springs, wear parts, additional performance parts & oil/nitrogen
Price:
$175 Per Fork Set
$175 Per Shock
Re-Spring
The first step to great handling is selecting the proper spring rates for the forks & shock. We rebuild the forks and install the proper springs needed with the correct preload. For the shocks we can simply just install the new shock spring with the correct preload to make setting sag a breeze! However, we do recommend a shock rebuild since most shocks are highly neglected.
*Does NOT include wear parts & oil/nitrogen*
Price:
$135-$150 per fork set or shock spring
$200 for PDS shock spring

FORK UPGRADES
SPRING CONVERSIONS FOR AIR FORKS
Twin-Chamber Pressure Springs

$650 including spring
The Race Tech Spring Conversion System (SCS) transforms your air spring forks found on Kawasaki KX450, Suzuki RMZ450, Honda CRF250 and KTM/Husqvarna WP AER 48 to a coil spring setup. Most riders prefer the feel of a coil spring over an air spring. The RT SCS is a set it and forget it solution. These kits are designed to transform your air forks into an SFF (single function fork) style coil spring fork. Eliminates wear points and the initial harshness with air forks
*Price does not include labor, wear parts & oil*
$45 for WP pair
$80 for KYB/SHOWA
Correct Pressure Spring Rates improve overall plushness on braking and square edge bumps. They also reduce cavitation.
Fork LSV (Lo-Speed Valve) Compression Holder

Race Tech Holeshot Device

$140
Locks the forks down for better starting. Allows more throttle and traction with less wheeling. Double Button design allows riders to choose between two settings based on soil conditions. Large latching area makes for easy setting Machined lip and extra large stainless screws keep the device securely in place.
$70-120 for pair
LSV Compression Holders allow a Valve Stack to be added to the Lo-Speed Compression Adjuster Circuit.
This is a must for SX, Arenacross and Freestyle but is also useful for MX & offroad as it holds the front end up higher in the stroke.
LSVs come stock on some modern twin chamber forks but not all.
SHOCK UPGRADES
SHOCK REBOUND SEPERATOR VALVE
K-TECH WP BLADDER CONVERSION
.jpeg)

$60-70
$140
Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve (provides a different flow rate in each direction of travel) to increase traction and improve bottoming resistance and pitch control.
-
Why is this needed? On a standard shock the Low Speed Rebound Adjuster flows the same on compression and rebound.
-
In testing, when the lowest speed rebound damping is quick enough to get good traction, the lowest speed compression damping is too mushy. This causes a vague feeling and bottoming on long duration hits like big dips or gullies in Dirt. For Pavement RSV's have the added benefit of pitch control (front to back movement during acceleration and braking). This keeps geometry more consistent.
The K-Tech bladder conversion is designed to reduce the amount of friction generated inside the shock absorber and increase the gas volume inside the reservoir. This improves compliance on low-speed movements of the rear wheel and makes the shock react more consistently over differing temperature ranges
WP SHOCK BODY KASHIMA COATED

$195
Kashima coating is a surface treatment used on suspension components, particularly in high-performance and off-road applications. This advanced anodizing process offers several key benefits
-
-
Genuine Kashima Coating
-
Reduced friction, smoother suspension action
-
Improved wear resistance, extended service life over OEM
-
Improved corrosion resistance
-
RESERVOIR BLADDER CAPS

In most cases these are extended bladder caps which increase the gas volume. This allows the shock to operate at lower internal temps. For newer KYB 4-stroke shocks these caps remove the OEM needle charged shock cap which can fail.
$80
WP Pro Shock Strengthening Kit

WP Shock Body Support Ring
$70
-
Select models have an issue with the body expanding where it threads into the upper eyelet.
-
This Support Ring strengthens the body in this critical area.
$100
-
Huge upgrade for faster, more aggressive riders. This strengthens the bottoming cup while supporting the oem bumper
